Andrew Wearne

Andrew is a senior Risk and Audit executive with over 20 years’ corporate governance experience in ASX 30 companies in Europe, Asia and the South Pacific regions. He is responsible for Ramsay’s global risk management framework and internal audit programs.

Prior to joining Ramsay, Andrew was responsible for corporate governance across Coca-Cola Amatil operations in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea & Fiji. He also spent three years as global head of risk at Goodman.

Andrew holds a Masters in Business Administration and Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
